Refunds will be paid automatically as per the cancellation policy mentioned in above said website. Tourists can also upgrade the tickets from the counter, though this is subject to availability of tickets.

Tourists can carry either a soft or hard copy of the ticket. In case, if both the tickets are misplaced or forgotten, he/she can login to http://soutickets.in on any smartphone through his/her registered mobile number and get the soft copy of e-ticket.

Your tickets are already inclusive of bus fare and you need not pay extra bus fare.

There are no charges for kids below 3 years. Charges are applicable for children from 3 to 15 years.
